The following are examples of maintenance items that may be considered an emergency:

No heat

No electricity

No running water throughout the unit

A single toilet in a home that is still clogged after many attempts of plunging it on your own.
Being locked out of your unit due to tenant loss of keys may be considered an urgent request, however the tenant may receive a charge for the after-hours call out.
How to submit a tenant concern?
All concerns must be submitted to the office in writing for follow-up.
This can be done via email or notice mailed to the office.
