MEMO TO ALL TENANTS

The cold weather seems to be with us already and it is time to make sure the outside water taps are shut off.

 

There are two taps that need to be turned off and drained,

​

• Garage tap is located around the water meter in the basement

• Backyard tap is located above the laundry hookups.

 

They should be turned off from inside and then opened outside to let the water drain from the line.

 

If you require assistance to do either of these please call the office and let us know or fill out a work order.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the water is shut off, any damages from not shutting the water off will be charged back to you.
